Keeping Mum is Australia's first National Mothers Group Program, designed to support mothers with a structured weekly program run by local mums in a safe, inclusive, judgment-free zone. The program is inclusive to all mums, including pregnant mums-to-be, first-time, second-time, more-time mums; mums with newborns, toddlers, or both. It operates within various environments, offering a unique program designed by early childhood and psychology experts to empower mothers and promote their wellbeing, as well as encourage social interaction between their babies.
Keeping Mum provides a digital structure to support mothers across Australia to engage with their online portal, setting up and running their own program in their own town or city. The program has been tested for a full two years, ironing out issues and ensuring its effectiveness. Currently, Keeping Mum is successfully running with 8 Keeping Mum licensees providing the service, earning an income, and supporting their community. The aim of Keeping Mum is to create a safe and supportive community for mothers, helping them navigate the challenges of motherhood while fostering meaningful connections and friendships.
