KELC Events

As an event services organization, KELC Events hosts community events that intentionally provide the opportunity for college interns to manage the event experience. We can partner with you to provide those services that allow your leadership team to maximize your connection to the people who attend. We take care of the event details, we identify and perform the "nitty gritty" aspects of the event so that you can connect your brand to the attendees. You can meaningfully communicate the purpose of the event and leverage the event to its fullest. We will help you innovate, connect the "behind the scenes" requirements, and manage those emergency planning procedures that can determine event success. The KELC event team has been in the "event business" since 1982 (whew that's a really long time). We have helped to create events that are now considered signature events in Kalamazoo (Ribfest, Art Hop, Chili Cook-off, Kalamazoo Holiday Parade, New Year's Fest).
