On March 1, 2017 Rob launched Kennaley Construction Law. Before starting the firm, Rob worked in construction for 13 years, and then spent 20 years as a construction lawyer on Bay Street in Toronto, with one of Canada's leading construction law firms.
While we continue to have a presence in Toronto, and more recently in Barrie, we have moved most of our staff and support overheads to Paris, with remote workers in Sudbury, Pickering, and Simcoe & Grey Counties which allows us to provide experienced, proportional and more efficient legal services to our clients.
The Supreme Court of Canada has called for a "culture shift" in the way lawyers practice, towards reducing client costs. We embrace that culture shift and do things differently.
