Kent Shared Lives offers Adults who have an eligible care and support need, long term, short breaks and day support placements in family type settings from the homes of our approved Carers. It's based on the fostering model.
This includes Adults with learning & physical disabilities, ASD, mental health, sensory impairment, older people and people living with dementia.
Kent Shared Lives is an expanding service and is recruiting new Carers, who can open their homes to offer this personalised service and dramatically change the lives of eligible Adults across Kent.
