Keys2Collaboration

Keys2Collaboration was started in January 2024. It is a serious attempt to shift the conversation and understanding of work. We should have great workplaces where people come to become better, grow in collaboration with others, and do valuable things. Instead, the great majority finds that the opposite is true. Keys2Collaboration wants to be part of fixing that. The vision is to provide science-based knowledge and first-principle health factors towards meaningful collaborations. An important and obvious fact emerges when seeking to reach that vision: Humans are at the start, center, and end – We are the first principle. And the first principles of our behaviors can be found in neuroscience and the biology of our behaviors. Professors like Anil Seth, Lisa Feldman Barrett, and Robert Sapolsky are major sources.
