We know the world of business inside-out, and to be honest much of it looks better from that perspective. So we’re here to change the world, one business at a time, starting with our own. We built Organa to be the business we dreamed of when we were stuck in hierarchical organisations. Here everyone is equal, there is no ‘Head of’ anything, we have no CEO. We have members, but no employees. Everyone is accountable to everyone else. Everything is transparent. We have no profit or revenue mandates, just to be self-sustaining. In fact we only measure one thing. Happiness.
