Established in 2007, Khadamat Facilities Management LLC was formed as a joint venture (JV) between Mubadala Investment Company and Serco, combining Mubadala’s investment expertise with Serco’s global leadership in Facilities Management (FM) services. Our foundation was built through our successful partnership with the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) in Al Ain, where we established a reputation for delivering high-quality, integrated facilities management services. Today, under the ownership of Solutions+ (a Mubadala company) and Serco, Khadamat continues to grow, offering innovative and efficient FM solutions across various sectors. We focus on the core pillars of People, Place, Process, and Technology to ensure operational excellence and long-term value.
