Killahora Orchards is an award-winning artisan producer on a mission to create the finest drinks from rare apples and pears from our own 200-year-old orchards on the Atlantic Coast of Ireland’s Cork County. Founded by two cousins, Barry Walsh and David Watson, it remains a family business making ciders, perry, Rare Apple Ice Wine and Pom'O. We have over 140 varieties of apple and more than 40 pear varieties in our ancient orchards which combine to create some truly unique blends of juice.
Killahora products are always made from 100% juice and are all hand made in small batches. They’re allowed to take their time, maturing for up to a year to gain the most complexity of flavour.
