Taking as its basis the traditional Shukokai style of karate, we blend concepts from other martial arts such as jiu-jitsu to teach students a dynamic martial art that combines traditional values of respect and discipline.
We use the latest and most effective coaching methods to give students clear objectives, model positive behaviours and help them to build enthusiasm and create commitment to themselves, their families, their peers and the whole school community.
