A restructured partnership brings about a new family business. Texas-owned Wall Homes recently rebranded to Kindred Homes. The restructuring leaves Terry Horton and Trent Horton, as majority owners along with real estate attorney leader Glen Bellinger, as a minority owner.
The new name was created after months of collaboration with the partners and others in the company under the direction of Studio Blue Square. With a concentration in getting to the heart of what drives Trent and Terry, as well as homeownership, the word ‘family’ was in the forefront. Almost every image and impression of a home evokes family memories, traditions, or future milestones. The word “kindred” emerged as the new name and will permeate the atmosphere of family throughout communities, corporate and regional offices.
