King River Resources Limited (KRR) is an exploration mining company with holdings at Speewah and Mt Remarkable in the Kimberley region of northern Western Australia and at Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. The Speewah project covers Australia’s largest vanadium-in-magnetite deposit hosting potential for high purity alumina (HPA), Vanadium (V), Titanium (Ti) and Iron (Fe) extraction.
Through the development of its flagship HPA Project at Kwinana, KRR aims to become a significant world producer of 99.99% (4N) HPA. KRR is positioning itself in the rapidly developing LED, electric vehicle battery, smartphone and television screen and other associated high-tech product markets.
Speewah also owns the high grade Windsor fluorite deposit, with end uses in the steel, aluminium and chemical industries. Mt Remarkable is a high grade gold project and the Tennant Creek assets are focussed on copper and gold.
