Olive Branch Resources

Olive Branch Resources is a 100% Aboriginal owned Mining Service Contractor and a subsidiary of Olive Branch Enterprise. Founded by Timothy Champion Snr. in 2019, currently owned and operated by the Champion family and representing the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Claim Group, Olive Branch Enterprise (OBE) began as a commercial entity to provide a variety of products and services to companies working within the borders of our land. In 2021 a shift in company direction meant that OBE would now focus more on mining services and related activities. This shift led to successful partnerships and joint ventures being formed with companies such as Brooks Hire, DRD Group, Okane Rehabilitation and more. In 2023 it was decided that OBE would remain an entity focused on giving back to the Aboriginal community, and Olive Branch Resources (OBR) would be founded with the intent of specifically operating as a mining service provider. This is the same year OBE made it to the final 4 (out of thousands of nominees) for the Telstra Best of Business Award 2023. Since then OBR has continued to grow, winning multiple significant contracts with companies such as Tulla Resources, Ida Minerals, Trio Resources, Beacon Minerals and more. Our goals are building to provide mining services for the highest tier of mining companies while maintaining our vision to continue working with OBE to give more back to the Aboriginal community.
