At Kintsugi Fitness we believe that as we sometimes feel broken, we can heal ourselves through health and fitness like the gold used in the Japanese art of Kintsugi. The healing makes us even more beautiful people inside and out with profound stories of overcoming challenges with discipline, self-confidence, and self-love. Kintsugi Fitness offers classes and personal training for all fitness levels. Classes are focused for fun high intensity cardio fitness as well as muscular strength along with an element of self-defense taught by experienced martial artists.
