Kitchen Dates is a multidimensional food literacy project with a very concrete mission: help people and organisations adopt more sustainable practices and reduce their impact on the planet.
One of our most well-known initiatives is the first zero-waste restaurant in Portugal – in fact, the only one in the world combining that with sourcing all ingredients locally: fresh produce from a 50 km radius; other products from no farther than 500 km.
