CurrentKitchen Dates is a multidimensional food literacy project with a very concrete mission: help people and organisations adopt more sustainable practices and reduce their impact on the planet.One of our most well-known initiatives is the first zero-waste restaurant in Portugal – also sourcing all ingredients locally: fresh produce from a 50 km radius; other products from no farther than 500 km.As co-founder, I take on a wide range of responsibilities: strategy, business development, project management, marketing & communications, product development, training, among others – even served as head chef at the restaurant.
