Kitchen Dates is a multidimensional food literacy project with a very concrete mission: help people and organisations adopt more sustainable practices and reduce their impact on the planet.One of our most well-known initiatives is the first zero-waste restaurant in Portugal – also sourcing all ingredients locally: fresh produce from a 50 km radius; other products from no farther than 500 km.As co-founder, I take on a wide range of responsibilities: strategy, business development, project management, marketing & communications, product development, training, among others – even served as head chef at the restaurant.

Responsible for all marketing and communication activities at one of the largest sports management companies worldwide, in connection with agents, athletes and third parties.

Launched a startup aiming to help football clubs maximise ticket revenue through algorithm-driven pricing. Focused on business development, meeting dozens of top European club executives, and on product development, creating the tools to implement our solution.

Built the Portuguese market within this online travel platform from the ground up. Main activities included: market analysis, product planning, creative content writing (website, newsletters, social media), SEO, graphic design, photo editing and HTML coding.

Wrote features, long-form articles, interviews and other formats for the sports section at this daily newspaper, covering all sorts of sports (with a particular focus on football, basketball, tennis, F1, athletics).This sports section sparked a revolution in Portuguese print with its creative, unique approach and writing style that has since been adopted by most media outlets.

Provided commentary and analysis during live studio appearances, mostly on Portuguese and international football.

Wrote scripts for news bulletins and a two-hour daily radio show, which I also co-produced. Prepared reports and interviews both in studio and on location, pre-recorded and live.
