The Me App is the first all-in-one mental health app leveraging the new capabilities of generative AI in order to utilize never before digitally applied methods of psychodynamic therapy. By that we support deep self-reflection that helps you to get to know yourself better and to cope with emotional crises of everyday life. The Psychodynamic Approach is all about digging deeper. Firstly, Me offers learning content & exercises to teach users how their psyche works. Then the app helps them to uncover their unconscious emotions, wishes, thoughts & behavioral patterns. Lastly it helps to connect those to a user's own past, which is where their problems originally emerged. This way we will help people to improve their abilities to communicate & to lead healthy relationships, to increase their scope of action, their emotional intelligence and by that their overall satisfaction.
