Since its founding 20 years ago, ÖKOTEC stands for intelligent solutions for the reduction of energy and resource consumption. We have carried out more than 1,700 projects with industrial and commercial clients at over 850 sites in Germany and abroad. We accompany clients in performing energy audits, developing concepts for energy savings projects, and with the operation and controlling of energy management systems based on DIN EN ISO 50001, for which our specially designed software solution EnEffCo® is often implemented. In addition, we head up energy efficiency networks, and we have also established ourselves as a competent partner for research and development projects in cooperation with ministries and institutions. In 2016, Veolia became the majority shareholder of ÖKOTEC. Veolia offers innovative and sustainable solutions for the management of water, waste and energy. With our business activities, we intend to make a significant contribution to the containment of global climate change, to the success of the energy transition and the necessary transformation towards the decarbonization of economic activity.
