We are an independent consultancy firm specialising in enterprise level business planning, modelling and simulations. KnowledgeSeed was founded in 2016 in Switzerland by experienced CPM consultants who have previously worked across many industries: banking, insurance, utilities, FMCG, pharma, telecommunications. Since our inception we have been focusing on complex business modelling solutions in the fields of financial planning, performance management, HR planning, risk modelling and scenario planning. Since 2018 we have also been focusing on machine learning and augmented intelligence solutions for predictive business modells. What makes stand out from the ocean of data science science consultancies is the relentless focus on user interfaces and user experience. Our in-house developed web-based UI framework allows us to build multi-platform, user-friendly applications that are not just complex and high-performance but also aesthetically appealing and easy to use.
