Kompass Community Inclusion is a proud South Australian, NDIS-registered provider on a mission to empower people with disabilities to live adventurous, connected, and meaningful lives. We believe support should never be one-size-fits-all. That’s why we tailor everything to the individual — their interests, their goals, and the way they want to live. Whether it’s building daily living skills, accessing the community, trying new things, or simply having a laugh and a great time, we walk alongside our participants with care, consistency, and creativity. With a passionate team (who don’t mind being a little quirky), we go beyond “just support” — we build relationships that matter. Our values of adventure, care, empowerment, and connection guide everything we do. From beach walks and bowling nights to cooking classes and confidence-building activities, we support participants to live their best lives — not just tick off a checklist. Our founders bring over 18 years of experience in special education and a heart full of passion for inclusion. Kompass was born from the idea that everyone deserves the chance to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that makes sense to them.
