Kopas Developments Inc

Established in January 2015, it is equally owned and operated by Don Kopas and Jeff Kopas. The Kopas family has been involved in real-estate in Canada for the past 80 Years. Beginning with the mortgage broking company Kopas and Burritt and then moving into the purchase and improvement of retail plazas across the country. The aim of Kopas Developments is to extend those skills and experience into the commercial and residential areas, with the initial focus being the GTA of Toronto. Kopas Developments works with other development partners when appropriate to the project.
