Our company was founded in 2012 by a young and passionate team that thoroughly understands the struggles that youths deal with. In South Korea many students and young people feel lost when it comes to their careers, wandering with no real goal. We as a Social Enterprise aim to help these people. We do this by offering gap year opportunities, holding informative talks about the benefits of taking a gap year, workshops, volunteer opportunities, and more. We primarily focus on working with Social Enterprises as we believe that by doing an internship there, you not only gain experience but also give back to society while doing so. Our mission is for society to accept and embrace gap year culture. We believe that taking a gap year truly helps a person later on in their life. Nowadays many students feel a lot of stress and societal pressure to succeed. As a result, many students don't pursue their dreams and make rushed mistakes concerning their career paths. We believe that by taking a gap year, a person can take the time to think about who they want to be and what they truly want to do with their life. We help these students by offering gap year programs that help them with their prospected careers. These programs are not just a fun getaway but encourage the participants to learn something that they can use later in their life. This can be by getting to know different cultures, learning or mastering a skill, taking interesting courses, and much more.
