Acquiring 25, $20m - $25m homes, over the next 5 years, all only in year-round rental demand markets that attract the world's wealthiest. Each property is meticulously selected and operated to deliver a standard of experience that doesn’t exist anywhere else. We plan to buy well, substantially boost income and capital value as we build this brand, selling to a major player in the luxury hospitality space after 10 years. In addition, direct ownership of this portfolio of homes rests entirely, collectively, with 50 individuals, who enjoy preferential terms when they wish to use the properties.
