L’azienda nasce nel 1946 come laboratorio di pasticceria artigianale, grazie all’esperienza del suo fondatore Giuseppe Marconato che, con la sua capacità imprenditoriale e la sua tenacia, all’inizio degli anni ‘60 riesce ad imporsi nel mercato del nord est d’Italia, soprattutto nel litorale veneziano. The company was established in 1946 thanks to the experience of its founder, Giuseppe Marconato, who set up an artisan pastry shop. At the beginning of the 60s, as a result of Giuseppe’s business skills and determination, the shop gained a foothold in the market of Northeast Italy, in particular along the Venetian coastal area. Today, the company continues to grow and, along with the production of fresh pastries for the local market, is now producing high quality frozen bakery products.
