Contract Consultancy - We offer Materials Characterisation using DMTA, DETA and Humidity. Some DSC capability as complimentary support for any studies with the relaxation instrumentation.
We can handle materials ranging from natural and synthetic polymers, composites, thin films and membranes, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics, joining technologies, etc. etc.
Relaxation profile, either mechanical or electrical are possible at temperatures from -180 to 400 degsC and humidities from 5% to 100% (temps and humidities all dependant on materials being tested.)
We can of course investigate glass transition behaviour with particular efficiency using these technologies.

identiPol
This is a low cost, powerful instrument that can provide a powerful assessment of the quality of thermoplastic feedstock, either virgin or recycled material. A typical test takes around 15 minutes and is based on DMTA/DTA technology but requiring minimal expert knowledge to operate in a factory environment.
Humidity Generator
Used as an attachment to DMTA and DETA equipment to extend the study and capabilities of these instruments in varying humidity environments.
DETA
The Dielectric Thermal Analyser can produce permittivity and relaxation studies on a wide range of materials. It is particularly suited to the study of thin films but many materials and forms can also be examined using this system. Please contact us for more information or advice.

In addition to the Services and Products above, we offer of course Servicing and Maintenance of all current and previous instrumentation. This includes those products now sold on by ourselves or Triton Technology Limited (Our original trading company).
