LA Fleet Week® is an annual free public event held on the LA Waterfront at the Port of Los Angeles over Labor Day Weekend. During LA Fleet Week, Los Angeles hosts active military ships in San Pedro for a patriotic celebration that includes public ship tours, military equipment demonstrations, live music and entertainment, educational activities and a variety of local events for visiting military personnel.
The Los Angeles Fleet Week Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to plan and support the annual LA Fleet Week event. LA Fleet Week was created through a unique public-private partnership to connect Southern Californians with the men and women of our United States Sea Services. These connections are facilitated through numerous outreach and engagement opportunities across the region and at a centralized event location on the LA Waterfront at America’s busiest port.
