The LaGuardia Community College APEX ACCELERATOR formally known as Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), established in 1999, helps businesses in Queens and beyond to market their goods and services to the Federal, State, and local governments. We strive to simplify the steps needed to help you successfully sell to the government. This Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense. APEX offers procurement technical assistance and training workshops to meet the needs of any sized business, including Minority-Owned Small Business (MBE), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), and Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).
