We explore the issues at the intersection of health, climate, waste and the connectivity of our systems from the perspectives of food, culture, environment and personal stories, empowering our readers to make choices that benefit their environment, community and themselves. We engage people from all disciplines, inspiring systems change and fostering a sense of collective well-being, and hope Lagom excites and inspires people to approach life differently. Lagom is produced and edited by co-founders Tracey Creed, a marketing consultant and photographer, and Amandine Paniagua, an architectural designer. We work on our content alongside our other full-time jobs. Each month we send to our subscribers original recipes, interviews, interesting links and articles encouraging new ways forward that are slower, more inclusive and friendlier to the Earth.
