Lamerhav is a social-change program that provides multidimensional intervention in the lives of individuals emerging adulthood without family backing, who have the abilities and motivation to transform their lives, and turns these individuals into social change agents. Currently, there are three Lamerhav homes in Israel – in Hod Hasharon, Afula and Beersheba – which serve over 300 individuals at any given time.
