The Lane 9 Project (L9P) is a community of athletes, clinicians, and activists in women's sports, committed to reducing eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and menstrual health issues at all levels of sport. We share stories from athletes and clinicians through our newsletter, podcast, and social channels. And we share resources with athletes, coaches, and clinicians on how to better support women's health in sport.
Lane 9 also built a unique national multidisciplinary directory of clinicians and coaches who specialize in eating disorders, REDs, mental health in sport, and women's health. This has created both a direct and simple way for athletes to build their care teams, and has increased access to trainings, network-building, and information-sharing for clinicians and coaches.
