Large Animal Consulting & Education provides convenient, economical RACE-approved CE resources for large animal veterinary medicine. Our curricula is built on a foundation of successful teaching experience and direct patient care. Our founder, Dr. Meredyth Jones, is board certified in Large Animal Internal Medicine with a food animal emphasis, and has taught at Kansas State, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State in Food Animal Medicine, Surgery and Field Services. LAC&E’s mission is to elevate livestock health care and serve the needs of livestock owners and veterinary professionals through high quality, practical education and consulting services. LAC&E is structured to respond to ever-evolving veterinary needs and a changing animal health landscape with rapid dissemination of information in a variety of formats. Our CE courses are delivered online in easy-to-access modules and are invaluable in helping provide the detailed continuing education veterinarians and veterinary technicians need to serve the changing livestock and exotic hoofstock market. Each session provides 1 hour of RACE-approved continuing education for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
