About Latinas & Power Corp
Latinas & Power, established in 2003, empowers Latinas in their careers and businesses through inspiration, motivation, and resources. We host and present annual symposiums, seminars, webinars, influential speakers, and networking opportunities to support success in the workplace. Companies and businesses invest in the symposiums and other programmatic initiatives hosted by the organization for various reasons, such as employee professional development, building community partnerships, recruiting diverse talent, promoting products and services, and attending meaningful networking events. Building a positive brand image and trustworthy relationships in the Latina market is crucial for connecting with one of the fastest-growing demographics in the U.S. Latinas have significant purchasing power and influence over household decisions. Our newest programmatic initiative, the Latinas in Leadership Institute (LiLi) was launched in 2023 as a 6-month virtual certificate program aimed at addressing the Latina leadership gap in the U.S. We focus on developing a strong pipeline of Latina leaders and advocates who are prepared to succeed in leadership roles and serve as a voice in their communities. Emphasizing personal and professional growth, growth mind-set, authenticity, and social justice through a civic engagement capstone project that results in reports on issues impacting the Latino community. LiLi promotes diversity, inclusion, and leadership excellence, making a significant impact on Latinas and their organizations and communities. Organizations are encouraged to support Latinas in their early to mid-career by investing in their participation in LiLi or the Latinas & Power symposium to enhance their success. By investing in the professional development of Latina talent, organizations are not only embracing diversity and inclusion but also cultivating a more innovative, resilient, & competitive workforce. Contact us to determine how we can help your Latina leaders.
