Elke brings 30 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate, spanning regional brokerage firms to global Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes brokerage, operations, investment sales, human resources, leadership development, marketing, and branding.
A strategist at heart, Elke blends deep industry knowledge with expertise in human behavior, creating tailored leadership, sales, and coaching programs. Her strength lies in understanding what drives people—and performance—in a sales environment.
She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston’s Sales Excellence Institute and guest lectured at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School and the Lipsey School of Real Estate.
