LEDS is a multi-platform civil engineering and consulting firm with our head office in Salmon Arm and satellite offices in Revelstoke and Kamloops. At LEDS we provide complete civil engineering and consulting services for municipalities, private landowners, home builders, corporate entities and government agencies. Our staff specialize in pre-design, detailed design and construction phases of all private and commercial development projects. Our staff has extensive experience in project/subdivision feasibility analysis, application processes (subdivision, rezoning, OCP amendment, variances, ALR inclusions/exclusions), detailed subdivision road planning and design, water supply distribution, wastewater collection and stormwater management, as well as, all facets of tendering, project management and contract administration related to commercial, residential and multifamily developments. LEDS was started in 2015 by Blake Lawson, P.Eng.; with 13 years of experience as an engineering technologist then Professional Engineer in larger engineering firms. LEDS was formed to give clients an option to utilize a company where the owners and managers are not just client contacts but are involved in all phases of the engineering process. LEDS strives to provide Engineering services specifically tailored to each client’s requirements and treat each project as our own.
