Based at the Max Roach Centre in Brixton, the Loughborough Community Centre (LCC) was established in 1981 by local Loughborough Estate residents, as a positive outcome to the Brixton riots. The Charity sets out to help improve the lives of residents from the communities of Lambeth and the surrounding areas, providing a range of meaningful activities to help alleviate the effects of poverty for families from the most deprived wards in Lambeth.
