Linda Mathiasen brings a change management lens that was acquired early on in her career by leading teams using Lean/Six Sigma/Quality Management principles and continues this as a consultant and an adjunct instructor for customized training. She is a people person and bridge builder, inquisitive, and highly organized. Private sector: We work with small businesses looking to achieve culture change, desire implementation assistance of process improvements and customized organizational training, and need support for effective internal communications. Nonprofits: We work with executive directors and board members to strategize, evaluate, and fundraise to meet their missions and provide impactful programming. As a marketer and interim director, we smooth operations, identify communication priorities, and plan engagement events. Public sector: We work with cities, counties and regions who need additional support on specific projects, strategic planning, grant writing, reporting, and public relations.
