Caroline is an accomplished Manager, with over 15 years’ experience within complex global sales environments. She has experience working in small and large companies from £10M to £100M turnover. Her career has spanned over 15 years in both engineering and manufacturing industries.
Caroline is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching. She also holds a Batchelors degree in Business & Management, an HND in Personnel Management, QCF in Leadership & Management, QCF in Education and Training, and CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development. She also is currently undertaking a study programme by world renowned Law of Attraction teacher Bob Proctor “Thinking into Results” by the Proctor Gallagher Institute.
