Caroline McKenna , founder of Lead Self Coaching & Development helps individuals and groups to break out of their normal way of thinking and discover new perspective for their professional direction and potential. Caroline challenges her clients to name and change their limiting beliefs. She is pragmatic and uses a blend of coaching and consultative skills to elevate her clients, enabling them to transform the way they think about and show up in their career and life. Caroline is an accomplished Manager, with over 15 years’ experience within complex global sales environments. She has experience working in small and large companies from £10M to £100M turnover. Her career has spanned over 15 years in both engineering and manufacturing industries. Caroline is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching. She also holds a Batchelors degree in Business & Management, an HND in Personnel Management, QCF in Leadership & Management, QCF in Education and Training, and CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development. She also is currently undertaking a study programme by world renowned Law of Attraction teacher Bob Proctor “Thinking into Results” by the Proctor Gallagher Institute.
