Leadership Global Inc. (formerly Leadership Africa USA) is a 501© 3 non-profit, tax-exempt, non-governmental organization that works globally, implementing leadership-development and capacity-building programs across multiple sectors. Our programs help to eliminate poverty and establish a culture of learning for the next generation of leaders. Our organizers have worked across Africa and the Caribbean with international and local partners and we have successfully promoted access to quality education for youth and adults. Leadership Global’s mission is to provide the next generation of global leaders with critical leadership skills. Our programs: • address issues that are relevant to youth empowerment (education, employment, community involvement and conflict resolution); • enhance self-confidence, leadership skills and competencies; • encourage youth participation in decision-making.
