Youth Engagement and Leadership Development (CADREYELD) creates specialized, innovative, custom-designed, purposeful, meaningful, and results-oriented training focused on reaching youth and young adults. Youth Engagement and Leadership Development offers programs and services that benefit youth and young adults. Our mission is to provide positive learning and development for youth, leading to healthy self-esteem, leadership, character, and the ability to be effective in a world wrought the intensity, challenges, and real problems. We serve youth and young adults (13-24) in numerous ways, including the Rising Stars Student Ambassadors program. It is a no-cost youth engagement and leadership program where youth participate in social-emotional learning, life-skill-oriented activities, and self-leadership.
