About Leadership Niagara

Leadership Niagara is a non-profit organization with a mission to inspire civic action and leadership through world-class leadership programs. With over a decade of work, we have ushered over 350 graduates from 40+ local businesses into Niagara as the next generation of change-makers and community influencers. Each year, 35-40 applicants are selected into our Community Leadership Program. We begin the program with an opening retreat, followed by a series of eight workshops between September and June. In addition, participants are divided into work teams where they’re responsible for the completion of a community project. Successful graduates join a growing network that’s dedicated to ensuring a stronger, healthier, more vibrant Niagara.
