LEAN Energy US is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2011 dedicated to the accelerated expansion and competitive success of clean energy Community Choice Aggregation (“CCA”). Our goal is to accelerate the country’s transition to clean and renewable power, support competition and customer choice in the energy sector, and maintain affordable electricity rates. Bringing clarity and direction to a complex arena, LEAN provides information resources and market expertise to a national network of local governments, commercial and non-profit organizations, advocacy groups, and individuals wishing to pursue or expand CCA in their states and/or communities.
