Lean on Me Foundation - Kenya

Lean on Me Foundation is a community organization based in Kenya, dedicated to advancing health, education, and human rights for adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) living in vulnerable conditions. We champion access to rights-based services in sexual and reproductive health, HIV, TB, and climate justice, using a grassroots, feminist, and movement-building approach. Our programs—including HerSafe Haven, TB Women Academy, and the School of Feminism—equip young leaders and communities with the tools to advocate, influence policy, and access care without stigma or barriers. We believe in the power of lived experiences and intergenerational solidarity to end inequalities and reimagine justice.
