Let women rise! THE RAIN WORKERS (before: Aktion Regen) is an Austrian trainings-NGO for women empowerment, We train multipliers, so called RAIN WORKERs, in Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. We partner with NGOs and institutions in West,- East and Southern Africa. With our trainings and unique BIG 5 TEACHING TOOLS we break taboos, lead to informed decisions and gender equity. We foster women empowerment through education. Knowledge enables making informed decisions regarding sexual behavior, family planning and on contraception, and genital health.
