LEAPS LOYALTY was founded in 2016 by a group of entrepreneurs, including Erwin Wijnen and Gijs Leppink. The existing loyalty technology consisted of a patchwork of systems built on outdated infrastructure. With the aim of helping businesses grow, the co-founders set out to build a platform capable of meeting the rapidly evolving needs of today’s fast-growing global loyalty businesses.
LEAPS LOYALTY’s founding team called this loyalty platform Rewards Pavilion – for “the upmost rewarding experience” – and focused on building a modern infrastructure directly connected to loyalty networks and local reward methods across the world, allowing for unified loyalty commerce and providing shopper data insights to merchants and brands.
