Learn 2 Lead is a not-for-profit mentoring programme created to connect experienced corporate leaders with newly appointed, first time leaders.
This connection provides cross-industry mentoring and allows new leaders a “safe space” to grow into their new roles. It also provides a structured approach for mentors to pay-forward the guidance they’ve received over their careers.
The overall objective is to invest into the new generation of corporate leaders, allowing the next generation to rise up and realize their potential.
