Learning & Skills Solutions have been awarded the prestigious “Matrix” quality standard continually since December 2008, officially recognising our ability to offer information, advice and guidance. Learning & Skills Solutions is a private sector company that provides tailored, flexible and Fully funded (free) training programmes for young people and adults. The programmes are designed so that they meet the needs of individuals to ensure that they progress and benefit from a diversity of new skills. Our ethos is to encourage development as a ‘life-long process’. Our vision is to deliver high quality education and training, to assist in areas where essential skills are in short supply. To grow and diversify, in order to meet the increasingly demanding needs of individuals and their employers. Our service is designed to offer assistance to individuals who are seeking to improve their skills, qualifications or employability. We are also able to support employers with recruitment from our newly qualified learners.
