We achieve this in partnership with you by approaching projects from first principles. Once a relationship begins we: Take time to learn about your business and its issues and challenges, sometimes spending time in your organisation ‘walking your walk’ Work hard with you to identify the client and establish the outcomes required Submit detailed discussion documents and proposals which offer pragmatic options for moving forward Ensure everyone is clear about the issues, outcomes, process and responsibilities that must be managed to achieve success Only then and if appropriate, do we develop opportunities to learn by design. Learning by Design was formed in 1998 by Nigel Denning who gained his experience contributing to the growth of another major consultancy and in two major organisations. The consultancy calls on a network of associates who work in learning and development for many well-known companies and has an extensive pool of expertise.
