Learning For Living, Inc., was established in 1984, from Phil Boyte’s vision for building communities of care on campuses around the continent. It is the parent company for the variety of services, programs, and curriculum that were and are developed to improve school climate. As the creators of Link Crew, WEB, Breaking Down the Walls, and the School Culture Summit, we’ve had a lasting impact on schools, fostering stronger relationships, trust, and belonging to help everyone succeed. As our work evolved, so did our focus. We recognized that thriving cultures begin with healthy leaders who can empower their teams. To support this, we offer trainings, retreats, and coaching to help leaders build a People First culture and unlock their teams' full potential.
