Learnt My Lesson Podcast

A mental health podcast about the ups and downs of life and learning as you go, co-founded by Jess Woodnorth and Savanna Johnston-Keys. The podcast aims to open conversations around the ups and downs of mental health by talking about our own experiences with anxiety and depression, how they've impacted different areas of our lives, and what we’ve learnt along the way. From high school, to travel, to relationships, to university, we unpack it all in the hopes that even just a single person can feel less alone in what they're going through. We also have guests on the podcast, such as Commonwealth Games diver Anton Jenkins and the Director-General of Health, Dr Ashley Bloomfield to bring light to the fact that no one, no matter how confident or successful they may seem, has everything together all the time.
