Lesson Learnt aims to provide well rounded packages of training content to multiple sectors. Our specialty is short courses (one to three days) and our audience is groups of learners rather than individuals. This means you can collectively enhance the skills of your workforce in any environment on a quick turnaround. Courses and providers would only be selected based on the quality of the course content and delivery. Each course will be engaging, balanced and thought provoking whilst satisfying the varied needs of learners (visual, auditory & kinaesthetic). Putting the science of learning aside, from a learner perspective the course will be enjoyable and memorable no matter the subject. We believe in quality over quantity. Therefore, you won’t find huge numbers of course providers on the same subject, but you can be assured that the training meets the learning objectives. Flexibility and adaptability are fundamental parts of delivering successful meaningful training. However, we can do more, each of our course providers would look to adapt content in advance to ensure it delivers inline with your policy and process.
