Macao Language Exchange and Culture Promotion Association (LECPA) was established in 2019 with the aim of building an inclusive society full of global citizens. In addition to holding regular language exchange events, offering participants the opportunities to practice languages and make friends with people from different cultural backgrounds, LECPA also focuses on exploring Macao’s multiculturalism, including promoting Macao’s intangible cultural heritage to different communities, organizing activities to promote cultures of different countries, designing intercultural walks with different themes, promoting United Nations International Days from a cultural perspective, etc.

澳門語言交流暨文化推廣協會(LECPA)於2019年成立，旨在為締造一個充滿世界公民的包容性社會而努力。LECPA除了舉辦定期的語言交流活動，讓參加者有機會練習外語、與具不同文化背景人士成為朋友外，亦著重帶大家發掘本澳的多元文化，包括向不同群體宣揚本澳非物質文化遺產的活動、舉辦推廣不同國家的文化活動、組織不同主題的文化共融行、以文化角度認識聯合國國際日等。
