Macao Language Exchange and Culture Promotion Association (LECPA) was established in 2019 with the aim of building an inclusive society full of global citizens. In addition to holding regular language exchange events, offering participants the opportunities to practice languages and make friends with people from different cultural backgrounds, LECPA also focuses on exploring Macao’s multiculturalism, including promoting Macao’s intangible cultural heritage to different communities, organizing activities to promote cultures of different countries, designing intercultural walks with different themes, promoting United Nations International Days from a cultural perspective, etc. LECPA also establishes partnerships with different entities in Macao, to jointly promote multi-language learning and multi-cultural integration.
